The contract is divided into 2 lots: Lot 1 PM of Sestri Levante, Brugnato, and La Spezia CIG 79211324E9 Lot 2 PM of Viareggio and Pisa Center CIG 7921182E29
Total amount for Lot 1: equal to a total of 1 063 545.64 EUR (excluding VAT) (consisting of 695 127.87 EUR excluding interference charges for 2 winter seasons and 347 563.93 EUR excluding interference charges for the possible renewal of a further winter season), of which for interference charges EUR 20 853.84 not subject to auction discount (consisting of EUR 13 902.56 for 2 winter seasons and EUR 6 951.28 for the possible renewal of a further winter season ). Labor costs pursuant to art. 23, paragraph 16, and 30, paragraph 4, of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 and subsequent modifications equal to 40.00% of the total amount for 2 winter seasons and equal to 40.00% of the amount for the possible renewal of a further winter season
The contract will be compensated in part to body (flat rate) and part to size
Total amount for Lot 2: totaling EUR 503 426.95 (excluding VAT) (consisting of EUR 329 037.22 excluding interference charges for two winter seasons and EUR 164 518.61 excluding interference charges for the possible renewal of an additional winter season), of which 9 871.12 EUR are not subject to auction reduction due to interference charges (consisting of 6,580.74 EUR for 2 winter seasons and 3 290.37 EUR for the possible renewal of a further winter season) . Labor costs pursuant to art. 23, paragraph 16, and 30, paragraph 4, of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 and smi equal to 46.35% of the total amount for 2 winter seasons and equal to 46.35% of the amount for the possible renewal of a further winter season
