The subject of the contract is: Preparation of design and cost estimate documentation and author's supervision for the task "Construction of renewable sources of electricity for the needs of the District Hospital in Radomsko".

The subject of the contract must be made on the basis of the functional and utility design according to Appendix No. 7 to the Terms of Use and the connection conditions according to Appendix No. 8 to the Terms of Reference.

The contract includes the preparation of the construction and detailed design, the investor's cost estimate, bill of quantities, the Detailed Technical Specification for the Execution and Acceptance of Works and information on health and safety protection, hereinafter referred to as documentation, along with the transfer of copyrights to the documentation and obtaining the necessary arrangements, among others. with the Air Ambulance /LPR/ and the approval of the project and obtaining the consent of the architectural and construction administration enabling the implementation of construction works.
