The object of the order is the service of comprehensive printing and printing devices.

Detailed description of the item of the order is specified in the description of the item of the order and in the price form — Annexes No 2A and 5 to SWZ

The subject of the order shall be to start and maintain for a period of 24 months a system of comprehensive service of printing equipment used by the Ordering Party in exchange for a monthly fee taking into account:

— the cost of printing one page A4/A3/DL5/DL6 unified for all devices of the Ordering Party;

— supply of consumables - toners, drums, transfer belts and fusers

— cost of service including services and used to repair service parts

— the cost of the equipment transferred for use and provided;

calculated on the basis of the quantity of printed prints reported to the Contractor's service and the value of consumables (for the equipment listed in Annex No 3).

Estimated number of pages A4 printout t.j 1 package = 100 pages within the execution of the order item: 200 000 (two hundred thousand) packs of pages over a period of 24 months.
