It is a question of appointing a service provider to carry out the transport of pupils (specialized regular transport), of the municipal school but also of another school (free network) located on the communal territory.

This contract was awarded by the municipality of Villers-le-Bouillet, acting as a central purchasing body on its behalf and on behalf of the other contracting authority.

The municipality of Villers-le-Bouillet acts as adjudicator until award.

Each successful bidder will be responsible for its own orders (call-ups) and for their execution in accordance with the procurement documents and public procurement legislation.

The contract is a framework agreement, for a period of one year, renewable 3x.
