The municipality of Bunnik intends to tender the service "Supervisor Engboogerdbuurt" following the

European Open Procedure based on "Best Price Quality Ratio".

The work concerns:

The municipality of Bunnik is looking for a supervisor for quality control during the implementation

of the project "redevelopment Engboogerdbuurt". The option also exists for multiple projects within the

municipality is deployed.

This tender consists of providing a CV and then an interview.

12 months hiring (option up to 12 months extension) supervisor

The supervisory authority's activities include:

1. Supervising civil engineering projects such as road maintenance, sewer replacements,

refurbishment, laying of fibre optic cables, other works on utility lines based on the UAV

2012;

2. Daily reporting to the project leader regarding the overall state of affairs progress project;

3. Monitors the quality during the execution of civil engineering work and is visible

present on working days from Monday to Friday (including maintenance of roads, sewerage, public transport,

cables and pipes, landscaping);

4. Proactively looking ahead in the implementation of the project;

5. Monitoring the budget and planning;

6. Identifying and digitally registering any deviations;

7. Advise on the most appropriate approach or solution if a problem arises;

8. Co-responsibility for the completeness of the specifications administration;

9. Actively participate in the stop and residence points of the contract;

10. Actively participate in the preparation and participation (physically present) of the weekly progress

consultations, construction meetings, internal project-related work meetings;

11. Taking care of the recording of the (sub-) projects and the registration thereof;

12. Checking (including well) statements and revision data;

13. Monitoring compliance with laws and regulations in the field of occupational health, safety, environment and

road safety;

14. Checking subcontractors/contract partners, developers and other data subjects for the

compliance with the agreements made and the set frameworks;

15. Ensuring clear and timely communication towards colleagues and involved (ancillary) contractors,

and stakeholders (such as e.g. residents and businesses);

16. Monitoring the accessibility of quality of life safety and coordination (BLVC) of the projects. Active
