1. Information on the construction project
The procedure is used to award the services of the technical equipment for plant groups (AG) 6 in accordance with § 53 HOAI for construction phase B of the Pergamon Museum Island Berlin in Lph 5 to 9. The PMU construction project is divided into 2 construction phases (BA A and BA B).
BA A includes the basic repair and addition of the Nordkopf (NK), North Wing (NF), Mittelbau Nord (MN), Mittelbau Mitte (MM), and the construction of the new Tempietto (entrance building).
BA B includes the basic repair and addition of the Mittelbau-Süd (MS), South Wing (SF), Südkopf (SK) components, as well as the new 4th wing and bridge over the copper trench, the underground connecting structures of the Archaeological Promenade (AP) between the Bode Museum/PMU and the PMU/New Museum. BA B is also intended to finally produce all outdoor facilities in the PMU area. The construction work is currently taking place in BA A.
The location of the components is shown in the plan D10178PMU_Overview plan-building-120110 and in the site plan section Archaeological Promenade Museum Island.
The construction of BA B is to begin immediately after BA A is completed.

Special framework conditions must be observed during the construction work:
Monument protection requirements, difficult building ground, high proportion of TGA (climate control, artificial lighting areas, building automation, security technology, etc.), construction in the PMU's immediately adjacent BA A, exhibits permanently connected to the construction remain in the building during construction.

2. Subject of the order
TGA services according to HOAI §53 ff for work phases 5 to 9
for the plant group (AG): 6: Conveyors.
The following special services are planned:
- familiarization with the design planning of conveyor systems
- Assist in updating an interface drawing “Interaction of the trades” to display all messages from and to communication, security and information technology systems and from/to electrical systems.
- Participation in setting up a cross-trade fire matrix to be created by a third party for the technical systems to be planned by the contractor
- Preparation of separate coordination plans for cross-trade proof of the feasibility of planning of other participants in the planning
- Participation in the updating of a cross-trade commissioning concept
- Setting up, updating and monitoring the differentiated construction schedule for AG 6
- Participation in the cross-trade commissioning of technical systems
- Assist in organizing and coordinating the cross-trade principle assessment
- Updating data for third party planning, compilation, handover, coordination and updating of data and information for other technical parties involved for plant groups 1-5, 7-8 as well as for specialist planning fire protection, building physics.
A gradual award of the services is planned. However, there is no legal claim to the transfer of all services.
