Koblenzer Bäder GmbH is planning the construction of a new indoor swimming pool and sauna with gastronomy, located in the district of Rauental, Moselle bend. In the main building is the bathing hall with five pools, arranged from north to south: children's pool next to teaching pool, sports pool, exercise pool and diving pool. Due to different requirements for the clear room height of the bathing area, there are building heights of 6.45m - 10.20m for the main building. Another building east of the bathing hall is also about 4.10m high. It is used to house equipment rooms, chlorine gas and 1st aid room.

The sauna and catering are housed in the western part. The sauna area is a single-storey structure up to approx. 5.00 m high and the catering area is a two-storey structure up to approx.

The subject of this tender is the necessary flooring work on the upper floor of the sauna building. The tender essentially comprises the following services:

Remove edge insulation strips, clean the substrate, sand off the cement screed, dowel cracks in screed joints, apply the primer primer, glue the PVC covering, work on skirting boards, sealing the movement and connection joints, pipe penetration.
