EASJ - Business Academy Zealand, establishment of a new campus in Køge of approx. 4 950 m
The assignment deals with the establishment of a new campus in Køge for Business Academy Zealand (EASJ).
EASJ wants a new campus comprising new construction on the ground floor containing, among other things, open and closed learning areas and administration.
Likewise, exterior areas must be designed and established.
The construction is established in 3 levels with primarily laboratories, depots and canteen on the ground floor; teaching and study management on the first floor and the rectorate on the second floor.
The architecture and design of the campus has a conscious Nordic appearance and materials, colors and surfaces therefore all have an important place in the actual experience of the character, soul and spirit of the building.
The assignment is offered in a single contract in a limited tender.
The project includes the establishment of a new campus in Køge in a total contract in reverse tendering.
The total contract includes planning as well as all the services and materials needed for the delivery of a turnkey campus with exterior areas in complete completion, as well as all services and services that are described in more detail in the contractual basis.
The execution includes the execution of the construction from the start-up on the construction site to the delivery of 1- and 5-year inspections as well as all the services and bids described in the tender material.
