1.The subject of the contract is the conservation of greenery in the area administered by ZGN Praga-Południe m.st Warsaw, consisting in the care of trees and shrubs and planting of nursery material.

2.The scope of the contract includes, m.in:

1) care and felling of trees and shrubs,

3) planting nursery material.

3.The detailed scope of work is specified in: The price calculation form constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ and the Description of the subject of the contract constituting Annex 12 to the SWZ.

2.The scope of the contract includes, m.in:

1) care and felling of trees and shrubs,

3) planting nursery material.

3.The detailed scope of work is specified in: The price calculation form constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ and the Description of the subject of the contract constituting Annex 12 to the SWZ.

4.The Contractor is obliged to ensure that the share of electric vehicles or vehicles powered by natural gas (understood as transport work calculated in hours) used in the performance of the contract is at least 10% (in accordance with Article 68(3) of the Act of 11 January 2018 on electromobility and alternative fuels).

5. The Ordering Party requires that the Contractor or Subcontractor for the entire period of performance of the subject of the contract employs on the basis of an employment contract a person(s) who perform work within the meaning of Article 22 § 1 of the Labour Code (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1320, as amended) related to the performance of activities during the implementation of the subject of the contract (excluding managerial staff and administrative employees). The scope of work for persons employed under an employment contract is specified in point 8 of the SWZ.
