The purpose of this notice is to establish a framework agreement with purchase orders, allotted, single-awarded for lots 1, 3 and 4 and a framework agreement with purchase orders, allotted, multi-awarded for lots 2 and 5, with no minimum amount and with an overall maximum amount of €6,510,700, the purpose of which is to provide catering services, meal trays, food trucks for all RATP departments and offer to be a catering partner for its subsidiary Urban Station.
The services are divided into 5 lots:
• Lot 1: High-end catering services
• Lot 2: Standard range caterers
• Lot 3: Standard range catering services: lot reserved for the adapted and protected sector
• Lot 4: Food Truck Service
• Lot 5: Preparation and delivery of meal trays
The scope and details of each service are defined in the specifications provided by lot.
The framework agreement is valid for RATP EPIC and all its Departments as well as its authorized subsidiaries.
For all lots, the start of services is expected in September 2024.
LOT 1: High-end catering servicesThe purpose of this notice is to establish a framework agreement with purchase orders, allotted and single-awarded, with no minimum amount and with a maximum amount of €217,700 for Lot 1.
The top-of-the-range catering services to be provided are as follows:
• Cocktails / Buffets ;
• Breakfasts / Welcomes, breaks and various snacks;
• Thematic catering and tailor-made formula;
• Equipment used for furnishing and decoration (glassware, crockery, buffet tablecloths, paper napkins, tables and chairs, floral decoration, etc.);
• The provision of personnel;
• Delivery, collection of services and management of waste and unconsumed foodstuffs;
• Catering for production teams.
This Lot 1 is estimated at 3% of the overall turnover (data provided for information purposes only and without commitment from the RATP).
LOT 2: Catering services standard rangeThe purpose of this notice is to establish a framework agreement with purchase orders, allotted and multi-awardee, with no minimum amount and with a maximum amount of €5,499,400 for Lot 2.
This prize will be awarded to three (3) Holders with equal distribution of the maximum amount of the framework agreement.
The standard catering services to be provided are as follows:
• Cocktails / Buffets ;
• Breakfasts / Welcomes, breaks and various snacks;
• Urban Station Package Offers
• Thematic catering and tailor-made formula;
• Equipment used for furnishing and decoration (glassware, crockery, buffet tablecloths, paper napkins, tables and chairs, floral decoration, etc.);
• The provision of personnel;
• Delivery, collection of services and management of waste and unconsumed foodstuffs;
• Catering for production teams.
Lot 2 is estimated at 84% of overall turnover (data provided for information purposes only and without commitment from RATP).
LOT 3: Catering services standard range - reserved for the adapted and protected sectorThe purpose of this notice is to establish a framework agreement with purchase orders, allotted and single-awarded, with no minimum amount and with a maximum amount of €103,100 for Lot 3.
The standard catering services in the adapted and protected sector are as follows:
• Cocktails / Buffets ;
• Breakfasts / Welcomes, breaks and various snacks;
• Urban Station Package Offers
• Thematic catering and tailor-made formula;
• Equipment used for furnishing and decoration (glassware, crockery, buffet tablecloths, paper napkins, tables and chairs, floral decoration, etc.);
• The provision of personnel;
• Delivery, collection of services and management of waste and unconsumed foodstuffs;
• Catering for production teams.
This Lot 3 is estimated at 2% of the overall turnover (data provided for information purposes only and without commitment from the RATP).
Only Lot 3 is reserved for sheltered workshops and economic operators
the purpose of which is the social and professional integration of disabled or disadvantaged people.
LOT 4 - Food Truck ServicesThe purpose of this notice is to establish a framework agreement with purchase orders, allotted and single-awarded, with no minimum amount and with a maximum amount of €117,000 for Lot 4.
The Data Controller referenced for the Food Truck service will be responsible for proposing a network of partner Food Trucks, allowing a diversity of culinary styles, as part of the RATP Group's events.
The Holder must be able to provide several Food Trucks for the same event, capable of catering from 30 to 800 people over an average time of 2 hours.
These services can take place at different times of the day. The frequency may vary depending on the RATP Group's calendar of events, but the Account Holder must be able to adapt to regular services.
The services expected for Lot 4 are as follows:
• Operational management of the provision of the Food Truck service,
• The provision of Food Trucks, responsible for providing catering (lunch, dinner, snacks, etc.), which include the equipment used for the service (van, disposable tableware, etc.) and the provision of its staff necessary to carry out the service.
This Lot 4 is estimated at 2% of the overall turnover (data provided for information purposes only and without commitment from the RATP).
LOT 5 - Preparation and delivery of meal traysThe purpose of this notice is to establish a framework agreement with purchase orders, allotted and multi-awardee, with no minimum amount and with a maximum amount of €573,500 for Lot 5.
This prize will be awarded to two (2) Holders with equal distribution of the maximum amount of the framework agreement.
The preparation and delivery of meal trays within the RATP Group makes it possible to meet the specific needs and requirements of the group's employees in various contexts:
- Meetings and conferences;
- In-company training;
- Seminars and workshops;
- Support for extended working hours: as part of the catering process for RATP agents in a crisis situation PPRI (Flood Risk Prevention Plan)
The Data Controller will be responsible for providing the following services:
• The making of meal trays;
• Delivery of meal trays.
