The purpose of the consultation is:
- the management of collection accounts for contributions, contributions and other payments of sums collected by the CGSS de la Réunion under the recovery branch of the general scheme,
- the management of a "multi-branch" current account, intended for the payment of social benefits under health insurance, the payment of benefits within the framework of the health and social action plan for self-employed workers, the reimbursement of contributions (for the recovery branch), for the recovery of undue services (for health insurance), for the collection of contributions to the Solidarity Supplementary Health (CSS) for health insurance, as well as the payment operating expenses of the CGSS of Réunion;
- the transfer of funds collected or surplus respectively to the "central current account" or to the "surplus escalation accounts" of ACOSS, the provision of associated services.

- the management of a current account dedicated to the operations of collection of contributions and payment of benefits under the agricultural scheme;
- the assumption of responsibility by the holder of means of payment;
- the provision by the holder of associated services.
