The subject of the contract is the delivery to the locations indicated by the contracting authority and other recipients: modules, fibre optic cables, interface cards and licences for the purposes of carrying out works in the projects indicated in the Terms of Reference - in accordance with the requirements of the contracting authority specified in the Detailed requirements for the subject of the contract (Part IV of the Terms of Reference).
Part 1 – Fiber Optic Modules and Cables1. The subject of the contract is the delivery to the locations indicated by the contracting authority and other recipients: modules, fibre optic cables, interface cards and licences for the purposes of carrying out works in the projects indicated in the Terms of Reference - in accordance with the requirements of the contracting authority specified in the Detailed requirements for the subject of the contract (Part IV of the Terms of Reference).
Part 1 – Fibre Optic Modules and Cables,
2. Detailed requirements regarding the subject of the contract are an integral part of the description of the subject of the contract and are included in Part IV of the SWZ - respectively for each of the above-mentioned parts of the contract.
3. The locations (places of delivery) of the complete subject of the contract included in a given task and covered by a given part of the contract, together with their assignment to individual recipients, are indicated in Part IV of the Terms of Reference.
4. The Contractor is obliged to provide each of the recipients with a quality guarantee and is obliged to perform the services resulting from it. The warranty requirements are set out in Part III and Part IV of the Terms of Reference.
5. Delivered item of order must be factory new, not exhibited at exhibitions, complete and technically efficient. The statement “factory new” shall mean the object of the order originally packaged, not used before the date of delivery, excluding the use necessary for carrying out the test of its correct operation after manufacture.
6. The subject of the contract must be free from any physical and legal defects and claims by third parties.
7. The delivered item of the order must come from the distribution channel of the producer not excluding distribution to the Polish market and ensuring the fulfillment of warranty rights.
8. The subject of the order must be delivered to individual receiving entities together with user manuals, controllers and any accompanying software necessary for the proper use of the subject of the order (obtaining full functionality indicated in Part IV of the SWZ). Individual receiving entities will not be obliged to pay any additional fees, in particular license fees, and any licenses will be granted as part of the contractor's remuneration, without time and territorial limitation, unless otherwise expressly stated in Part IV of the SWZ. If licenses, codes or other permissions are needed to run and use this software, they must be provided at no additional charge. Codes, licenses, and other permissions must also be provided if they are necessary to run or configure hardware components. It is not necessary to provide user manuals, controllers and possible accompanying software if it is possible to download them from the respective services; In this case, however, the contractor is obliged to provide passwords, codes, etc. necessary to download.
9. The supply item of the order intended for power supply from the power grid must be equipped with an appropriate number of power cables allowing it to be connected to standard power outlets unless otherwise stated in Part IV SWZ.
10. The subject of the contract offered on the date of preparation of the tender may not be provided by the manufacturer for withdrawal from production or sale.
11. The requirements for the warranty are set out in Parts III and IV of the Terms of Reference.
Part 2 - Interface Cards and Licenses for Juniper Networks Switches Used in the "Advanced Packet Services Network" task.1.
