The University Hospital Carl Gustav Carus (UKD, client) intends to procure a solution for e-mail archiving for nationwide introduction both in the entire UKD and for its 100% subsidiaries as well as the Medical Faculty of the TU Dresden (only applies to employees of the Faculty of Medicine with UKD mailboxes).
The UKD carries out this award procedure on its own. The UKD will be centrally and exclusively responsible for order / contract processing. In this respect, the Faculty of Medicine and all 100% subsidiaries of the UKD (UKD Service GmbH, Medical Care Center at the University Hospital Carl Gustav Carus GmbH, Carus Consilium Sachsen GmbH and Carl Gustav Carus Management GmbH) are only institutions entitled to receive them; this means that the mailboxes of these offices are also archived in the e-mail archive. With regard to the Faculty of Medicine, this only affects Faculty of Medicine employees with UKD mailboxes (@ukdd.de; @uniklinikum-dresden.de), not @tu-dresden.de mailboxes.
In particular, the procurement or the offer must include the software including licenses / rights of use, implementation, integration and migration services as well as the system service. The required hardware is provided by the customer.
