London Metropolitan University (‘LMU’ or ‘the University’) seeks proposals for nominated student accommodation in proximity to the University, in accordance with quality service standards and provision of value for money accommodation, facilities and services.

Lot 1: Main nominations contract for provision of student accommodation.

Optional student accommodation nominations contract for reserve and/or supplemental capacity (which may be activated at any point during the potential 5 year period of the main nominations contract at the University's option).
