The purpose of this framework agreement is to award subsequent contracts for the acquisition of various promotional items for the purposes of the Department of Public Transport Pyrénées-Orientales.La procurement procedure used is open tendering. It is subject to the provisions of Articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the French Public Procurement Code. The framework agreement with maximum is entered into pursuant to Articles L. 2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-12 of the French Public Procurement Code. Each lot will be awarded to a maximum of 5 economic operators (subject to a sufficient number of tenders)
