The tender contest includes ordinary municipal loans such as debenture loans in the municipalities Gjøvik, Vestre Toten, Østre Toten, Søndre Land and Nordre Land. The procurement will also include any refinancing of existing debenture loans and refinancing of loans in the bonds and certificate market.

The framework agreement will not include new loans in the obligation and debenture market and interest rate agreements.
