The subject of the contract is a service consisting in the collection of municipal waste from residential properties and uninhabited properties located in the Kowary Municipality, including: 1) collection and management of waste from containers issued by property owners; 2) collection and disposal of waste batteries; 3) collection and management of expired and unnecessary medicines; 4) organization and operation of mobile collection of bulky waste from households; 5) collection of waste from street bins; 6) operation of the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (hereinafter referred to as (PSZOK), The subject of the contract also includes ensuring, if necessary, the possibility of property owners to purchase, rent, lease or otherwise dispose of containers for municipal waste collection and to conclude a separate agreement (outside the subject of this contract) with property owners, if they report the need to rent, lease or other form of disposal of containers, without incurring by the Municipality of Kowary in this respect no costs. 3.
