The ministry requests a review of the institution service in the child welfare system. The objective of the assignment is to provide the Ministry a sufficient knowledge base for assessing the current service and the management of the institutions. The assignment shall demonstrate the changes and measures that can be implemented for a better and more efficient service, with a more appropriate management.

The assignment will require an extensive compound research group with child welfare professional, socio-economic and legal competence.
