The subject of the contract is the sale of electricity (and repurchase of electricity generated in the RES installation) for 84 consumption points, including: 65 traffic light facilities, 19 public utility buildings of the Pruszków District and its organizational units.

1. The subject of the contract is the sale of electricity (and repurchase of electricity generated in the RES installation) for 84 consumption points, including: 65 traffic light facilities, 19 public utility buildings of the Pruszków District and its organizational units.

2. The subject of the contract includes the sale of electricity for facilities located within the administrative borders of the Pruszków County in the Mazowieckie Voivodeship. The order covers the sale of electricity to the following facilities, for which the DSO is PGE Dystrybucja S.A. Warsaw Teren Branch:

a) 50 electricity consumption points settled in the C11 tariff group – for power supply to buildings, public utility facilities and traffic lights (schools, educational centres, pumping stations, etc.);

b) 5 electricity consumption points settled in tariff group C11o – for traffic lights;

c) 8 electricity consumption points settled in the C21 tariff group – for powering clinics, schools (and a swimming pool under construction);

d) 16 electricity consumption points settled in the C12a tariff group – for power supply to traffic lights, office premises and garages;

e) 3 electricity consumption points settled in tariff group B21 – power supply to offices, hospitals;

f) 1 electricity consumption point in tariff group G11 – power supply to a nursing home;

g) 1 electricity consumption point accounted for in tariff group R – power supply for traffic lights.

The facility – SWIMMING POOL (included in Appendix A to the Terms of Reference, Table II, item 4) is under construction.

The contractor will be informed about the details separately. The building will have photovoltaic panels on the roof with a nominal power of 40.8 kW.
