Organization and processing of conventional industrial freight transport flows.

Activities divided among different specialists according to the topics to be covered.

The Agent has the mission to organize all transport flows of goods or so-called conventional materials in metropolitan France (including Corsica) and in Europe.

The Contractor's mission is to manage the following three technical packages:

- Programmed light transport package

- Scheduled heavy transport package

- Urgent heavy and light transport package

The Agent's missions are as follows:

- It organizes and maintains the relationship with the carriers and the various organizations of the Company allowing the smooth functioning of the exchange of information,

- It offers a tool to capitalize on the flows issued by the Company, monitor the flows entrusted to them, quantify and qualify the services in their processing,

- It executes the transport requests issued by the Company using the contracts set up by the Company with a certain number of transport companies and according to the distribution methods described in the Company's transport contracts (Transport Plan),

- In the event of default of all the Carriers retained by the Company, the Agent takes on the role of a freight forwarder to provide a solution to the Company,

- It produces the various performance indicators and statistics to monitor the quantity and quality of the transports entrusted to both the carriers and the Company's users, as well as those related to the Contractor's activity,

- It optimises requests on a daily basis in the interest of the Company: loading rate, empty km, carbon emissions, economic and technical interests,

- It takes care of the handling of contractual discrepancies and all operational disputes,

- It is responsible for the payment of the carriers used and invoices the Company for the same activities, including its services.

- He proposes, during the monitoring committees, optimizations and advises the Company on actions to improve its operation in terms of operation, economic and CSR and to support the Company during regulatory changes impacting the current need......

The number of transports (including the 3 transport packages) is estimated at 49,000 per year. This is by no means a commitment, but a forecast based on statistics.

The carrier provides, at the request of the Agent selected on Lot 1 of this contract notice, services for the transport of goods or so-called conventional equipment in metropolitan France (including Corsica) and in Europe.

The weight and dimensions allow for conventional transport, which excludes exceptional road transport of category 1 and beyond.

Nature is solid, liquid, gaseous or hazardous material, excludes transport of contaminated material, class 7.

The estimated annual number of "programmed light" transports is 23,000. This is a statistic and not a commitment.

The carrier provides, at the request of the Authorised Representative selected on lot 1 of this contract notice, services for the transport of goods or so-called conventional equipment in metropolitan France (including Corsica) and in Europe whose weight and dimensions allow conventional transport. This excludes exceptional transport of category 1 and beyond.

The nature of the goods to be transported is solid, liquid, gaseous or dangerous material, excluding the transport of contaminated material, Class 7. The product to be transported is packaged in a handling unit (parcel, pallet, etc.). Bulk is excluded.

The weight of the parcels to be transported is greater than 1000kg or has dimensions that do not allow for so-called "courier" transport, such as a gauge of more than 4m3, a parcel of more than 2m in length within the limit of 4m and whose weight exceeds 50kg, or a parcel of more than 4m in length.

The estimated annual number of "scheduled heavy" transports is 3,000. This is a statistic and not a commitment.

Provision of conventional freight transport services in an urgent manner. Shipments concern flows between 20g and 24t. It is expected that the means of transport will take between 2 and 4 hours following the phone call, depending on the place of loading. Delivery will be made in the shortest possible time technically and legally possible or on an imposed date and time.
