The subject of the Order is the development of the design documentation in the framework of preparatory work for the project “Construction of the second railway track together with the bridge crossing on the river Warcie on the section of railway line no 354 from the branch post Oborniki Wlkp. Bridge to Oborniki Wlkp station.”

The object of the order is to prepare the design documentation necessary for the implementation of the undertaking “Construction of the second railway track together with the bridge crossing on the river Warcie on the section of railway line no 354 from the branch post Oborniki Wlkp. Bridge to the station Oborniki Wlkp.” along with the construction of the minnow in Parków.

In the project it is necessary to take into account the elimination of the journey in km. 30.453 LK 354; in case of failure to obtain acceptance, design the addition of SSP equipment into category “B”, as recommended by the State Commission for the Investigation of Rail Accidents.

The Contracting Authority provided for the award of similar contracts referred to in Article 388 (2) (c) of the PZP. The conditions under which contracts will be awarded will be similar to the conditions of the basic contract, taking into account changes resulting from the provisions of the Ordering Party's law or standards and negotiations with the Contractor. A similar contract may be awarded in the mode of a free hand contract, after prior negotiation with the Contractor, in particular as regards the terms of the contract, including the price, execution period, warranty/warranty period and may include the following industries: , bridge, road, telecommunications, gas, heat, ventilation and sanitation networks, rail traffic control, railway engineering, networks, electrical and electrical electrical electrical electrical electrical electrical and electrical power, architectural, provision of services in the field of surveying, provision of services in the field of railway traffic engineering and transport organisation, the provision of services in the field of cost estimates, the provision of services in the field of transport analysis, the provision of services in the field of railway traffic engineering and transport organisation, the provision of services in the financial and economic field, provision of services services in the field of environmental protection. Similar contracts referred to in Article 388 (2) (c) of the PZP may be awarded in the case of: imposing changes in the scope of investments by issued administrative decisions, changes in applicable law, internal instructions and the disposal of the Management Board affecting the further implementation of the Project.
