The Marienstift Arnstadt (IK number 261600213) is planning comprehensive digital modernization measures within the scope of the funding opportunities of the Hospital Future Act and the Hospital Future Fund.

The aim of these measures is to bring IT security up to date and to use the means available to promote the permanent further development of IT security. The basis of these IT security measures is the existing IT security concept.

In order to maintain the functionality of the hospital, measures are developed, documented, implemented and tested in the sense of emergency preparedness in order to have no or only minor impairments in the event of malfunctions and security incidents. For this purpose, the redundancy of the (storage) system is achieved by setting up additional systems, setting up mirrors, using virtual systems and setting up these systems.

For this reason, the clinic intends to expand the existing long-term storage facilities within the framework of funding element 3 of the KHZG and within the framework of this call for tenders.
