Contractor possessing the Regional Municipal Waste Processing Installation - installation for mechanical and biological waste processing (RIPOK-MBP) and the Regional Municipal Waste Processing Installation for processing green and biodegradable waste (RIPOK-OZIB) located in the region of the II Silesian Voivodeship, entered in the resolution of the Sejmik Śląskiego No. V / 37/8/2017 of 24 April 2017 on the implementation of the Waste Management Plan for the Śląskie Voivodeship for the years 2016-2022 (or a legal act that will replace this act) is obliged to manage the waste in these installations of all waste transferred to it with codes: 20 01 08, 20 02 01, 20 03 01. Other waste listed in Table No. 1 in the Terms of Reference may be used in the RIPOK-MBP installation or other installation located in region II of the Śląskie Voivodeship, indicated by the Contractor. Estimated amount of waste specified at 23,480 Mg. The actual amount of waste to be utilized may differ from the amount indicated below. Contractor due to a change in the amount of waste of individual fractions, as well as the total mass of waste transferred to him for development, shall not be entitled to a claim for a change in remuneration or payment in connection with the so-called capacity reservation.
