This tender is intended to conclude a framework agreement for the supply of active network components and software. The framework agreement requires individual prices and additionally a discount on a price list of a manufacturer in the network area. The framework agreement must have a basic term of 36 months and can optionally be extended by the client 2 times for a further 12 months each.

The devices / software are retrieved depending on the project plan and availability of the devices / software. After awarding the contract, the project plan is coordinated between the client and the contractor.

Furthermore, with this tender, the entire network infrastructure is to be handed over to a service provider for 60 months.

From the time the contractor takes over the network infrastructure, the customer will provide the required hardware or software via this framework agreement, but will neither manage nor support with its own employees. All activities during the term of the contract (operation) must be carried out by the contractor. The contractor assumes full operational responsibility for the client's network infrastructure for the term of the contract.
