1.Object of the order:

The subject of the contract is the delivery and assembly of furniture equipment for the Social Welfare Home and the Support Center for People with Intellectual Disabilities at Wysockiego Street in Warsaw as part of the investment entitled "Construction of a social welfare home and a support center for people with intellectual disabilities along with land development at Wysockiego Street" in Warsaw.

2. The required parameters of furniture for the building of a nursing home and a support center are specified in the Description of the subject of the contract – in Annexes No. 1 to the SWZ, which is also a price form.
