The aim of the present contract is the provision of the following services:
— fixed price service:
—— information technologies support service (support level 1, support level 2, support level 3), transversal services, on-call service and planned changes service,
—— telephone switchboard services;
— on-demand services:
—— on-demand support complementary services,
—— on-demand support services for multimedia,
—— on-demand Interventions.
