1. The subject of the contract is the provision of a substitute bus transport service (scheduled and emergency) covering the transport of people, goods and small animals in the area of operation of Koleje Śląskie and the parking of vehicles in reserve.

3. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is set out in Annex 2 to the SWZ, as a model for the Framework Agreement, together with the Annexes.

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of a substitute bus transport service (scheduled and emergency) covering the transport of people, goods and small animals in the area of operation of Koleje Śląskie and the parking of vehicles in reserve.

2. The Service will be provided in the following cases:

2.1. Substitute emergency bus service (emergency ZKA): extraordinary or random interruptions in the movement of passenger trains such as: natural disasters, breakdowns, any interruptions in traffic, strikes,

2.2 Substitute scheduled bus transport (planned ZKA): planned track closures of individual lines,

2.3. Vehicle standstill in reserve (ZKA reserve): remaining in reserve if the maintenance order does not include an exit instruction.
