Laminated wood works:

The laminated wood construction forms a rigid slab on the ceiling. The construction consists of heavy main beams, which are associated with secondary, diagonally placed beams. All the connections between the beams and the casting points are planned to be non-visible and placed in slots in the beams. All of the connecting means must be immersed and hidden with wooden plugs. This is for both architectural considerations and fire prevention measures: visible steel is unwanted because of architectural considerations. Also for fire prevention measures are non-visible connection elements are easier: The laminated wood protects the steel from heat if it is deep enough within the laminated wood.
