The Studentenwerk Schleswig-Holstein AöR is looking for a tool that will make it possible to centrally manage technical IT resources.

By managing e.g. licenses, IT equipment and software, human resources in IT are freed up again, enabling the IT area to focus more on project work.

Through automated inventory and complete license management, resources can be used in a more targeted and cost-efficient manner. With the help of MDMs (Mobile Device Management), the company policy for the private use of mobile devices can be implemented in compliance with GDPR and according to current IT security standards.

Target:

The aim is to enable mobile devices as well as notebooks and fixed PCs to be centrally managed and maintained by the IT department.

By automating tasks that currently have to be handled manually, human resources are to be freed up again.

An urgently needed inventory of IT assets is to be created in real time by the tool to be purchased.

The Studentenwerk Schleswig-Holstein tenders for the procurement of software with various modules according to the service description. It is expected that a ready-made software package tailored to the described needs of the Studentenwerk will be offered.
