This contract includes services processed at a mixed price, comprising a lump-sum share and a unit price share processed with purchase orders in accordance with Articles R. 2162-2 et seq. of the public order code.
Unit price benefits will be performed at the time of need with no minimum amount and with the following annual maximum amounts:
— lot 1 DTNO: 25 000,00 EUR excl. VAT;
— lot 2 DTNE-DTSO: 12 000,00 EUR excl. VAT.
The offer presented by the candidate must relate to all the market services.
Northwest Territorial Branch (NWTD)The one-time services (at unit prices) will be performed at the onset of needs.
No minimum amount and with a maximum annual amount of 25 000,00 EUR excl. VAT, i.e. 100 000,00 EUR excl. VAT over the total duration of the contract including renewals.
Northeast and Southwest Territorial Directions (DTNE — DTSO)The one-time services (at unit prices) will be performed at the onset of needs.
Without a minimum amount and with a maximum annual amount of 12 000,00 EUR excluding VAT, i.e. 48 000,00 EUR excl. VAT over the total term of the contract, including renewals.
