The acquisition involves the renovation and restoration work of the Kultaranta, which will be implemented as a target price project management bladder.
The target and ceiling price are agreed at the beginning of the work.
The project management contractor (hereinafter referred to as PJU) acts as the general contractor as well as the main executor. The form of work is the project management bladder, where the main executor's subcontracting during the course of the work are:
— Grenery and earthworks (VMU-2)
— HVAC works and electrical works including building engineering works and park infra-work.
The acquisition will be carried out using a negotiated procedure.
Bidders have the opportunity to ask questions about the procurement process and matters relating to applications for participation as described in paragraph 5.3 of the invitation to tender.
In the first phase of the negotiation process, candidates will submit an application for participation in the BEM Project Bank (see link under Annexes and Links) by 12:00am at the latest on 9 August 2021.

The requirements and guidance for the application for participation are set out in the Annexes.
The subscriber sends a conference call to the bidders selected for the negotiation phase.
