Description:

Renewal of MDM license subscription and provision of technical support and consulting services for 36 months

The subject of the Order is:

1) renewal of the subscription of the MDM class software owned by the Ordering Party - VMware Workspace ONE (hereinafter referred to as the Software)

2) providing manufacturer's support for the Software

3) providing the Contractor's technical support services for the Software

4) provision of technical consultations for the Software by the Contractor in the amount of 200 man-hours.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the manner of its implementation is included in the Draft Agreement (constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ).
