Purpose of the services: Cleaning of the premises and windows of the buildings of the Directorate General of Information Systems (D.G.S.I.-Hornu) and the buildings of the ASBL Technocité (Mons and Hornu).

The market is divided into lots as follows:

Lot 1 "Cleaning of premises and windows of the buildings of the Directorate General of Information Systems (D.G.S.I.) and Château Degorge-Hornu"

Place of service delivery: Directorate General of Information Systems (DGSI), Rue Grande Campagne 6 at 7301 Hornu

Commentary: D.G.S.I.: about 3000 m² on the ground floor and landings, stairs, corridors and basement rooms

Château Degorge: about 920 m2 spread over 4 levels and stairs, landings, small boiler rooms, cafeteria located in the building

Estimate for lot 1:

- 122.000,00 EUR excluding VAT per year, i.e. 488,000.00 EUR excluding VAT for 4 years

Maximum volume of the framework agreement (lot 1):
