The assignment includes for ØsterBO sewage treatment of the Østby city park and for Vejle Wastewater sewage treatment of a part of the area called "Vejle Østby". Today, the entire area is jointly drained and in future, rainwater and wastewater must be diverted into separate pipes (separation system).

ØsterBO and Vejle Wastewater have chosen to offer the construction projects together, so that there is only one contractor for the entire project. This is based on the belief that for ØsterBO and Vejle Wastewater it will optimize execution and economy as well as minimize nuisance to the area's residents as much as possible.

Two separate contracts are signed with the contractor for the builders. Contracts are mutually independent.

Based on the time and stage plan in collaboration with ØsterBO and Vejle Wastewater, the contractor must plan the overall execution of the construction work, so that the area's residents are as inconvenienced as possible.

The solutions consist of pipes and surface solutions for rainwater, while wastewater is collected via a vacuum system (Vejle Wastewater), where ØsterBO is to connect wastewater to "vacuum pots" established by Vejle Wastewater in ØsterBO's areas.

For ØsterBO, the assignment includes:

- Establishment of new wastewater pipes up to plugs from Vejle Sewage,

- Establishment of rainwater solutions, which consist of both pipes and open channels in both green areas and coatings, up to plugs from Vejle Wastewater,

- Renovation of drains in buildings,

- Stocking in some places,

- Breaking and restoration of coatings and asphalt,

- Clearing and restoration of furniture,

- Establishment of grass and planting,

- Establish and operate interim measures to drain rainwater and wastewater during the execution period.

For Vejle Wastewater, the assignment includes:

- Establishment of rainwater and wastewater pipelines in road areas and establishment of vacuum pots on the areas of ØsterBO,

- Main station for vacuum systems incl. drains are established in another contract.

If the offer amount for each department exceeds the budget, ØsterBo needs implementation of a resident democrat, which is expected to take 2 months. Therefore, the schedule, including fines, can be shifted by the corresponding time.
