The subject of the contract is the implementation of services in the field of supervision and protection of facilities, land and property of PPUH "RADKOM" Sp. z o.o. in Radom specified in Annex 1 to the SWZ.

The protection facilities are taken over by the Contractor on 09.09.2023. at 00:00 (commencement of the contract), and the facilities (termination of the contract) are handed over on 08.09.2024. at 24:00. Planned number of operating hours 38,978.

The subject of the contract is the implementation of services in the field of supervision and protection of facilities, land and property of PPUH "RADKOM" Sp. z o.o. in Radom aimed at:

1) Protection against unauthorized persons entering the Company.

2) Ensuring continuous protection of persons and property

3) Protection of the Company's property against theft and devastation.

4) Securing the premises of the Plant against the entry / entry of vehicles and unauthorized persons. The security guard is obliged to:

a) issue a pass to an outsider entering the Company, after prior arrangement with the appropriate employee of the need to enter, and then ensure the return of the pass when leaving the Plant – signed by the person to whom it was addressed. In the absence of a signature or other irregularities, note this in red in the supervision book and take appropriate action under point II. 5),

b) The person to whom the guest comes must be notified by the security guard of his arrival and must go to the gate to pick up the guest, it is unacceptable for outsiders to move around the premises of the plant without supervision by the Ordering Party's employees,

c) detain a person moving around the premises of the Plant without a warning vest and note in red in the service book, then notify the person supervising the contract about this fact,

d) if the employee does not have a card entitling him to enter, issue a replacement card and record it in red in the supervision book.

Each case should be recorded in the Supervision Book.

5) Taking appropriate actions to prevent theft, devastation and damage to the property of all entities located on the premises of the Plant.

6) Directing the movement of people and vehicles during crisis situations and during rescue operations.

7) Constant contact with the police and fire brigade in the event of a threat to public safety.

8) Taking actions aimed at preventing committing a crime or offense on protected facilities.

9) In the event of taking protective measures, apprehending the perpetrator and handing over to the police, as well as securing the facilities until the arrival of the representative of the Contracting entity or a person authorized by him.

10) In the event of an armed robbery, taking observation and blockade activities and cooperation with police officers in eliminating the threat.

11) Opening the entrance gate at 6.00 am and closing the entrance gate just after the balance is finished.

12) Supervision over the exits of cars with stabilization and ballast gate on the scale at the Landfill.

13) Control of vehicles entering the Company.

14) Random check of employees' baggage at the end of the shift in the amount of at least 125 checks per month.

A report will be drawn up from the inspection specifying the time, place, data of persons taking part in the inspection and its result.

15) Responding and taking appropriate actions in the event of activation of alarm systems installed on the premises of the Plant. Event logging with explanation of the reason.

16) Immediate notification of authorized employees of the Ordering Party about any identified case of improper protection of the facility or damage to installations and equipment in the facility, burglary attempts and other criminal acts.

17) Checking the security status of all facilities after working hours.

18) Performing other tasks related to the safety of property commissioned by the Ordering Party.
