The subject of the contract is services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6 (1) point 6 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (text one: Journal of Laws 2021 item 1275, as defined in: “Forests Act”) covering the drafting of a plan for forest equipment for Forest Forest Forest Forest District: Biała Podlaska, Chotyłów, Radzyń Podlaski, Zwierzyniec for the period 2024-2033 together with the forecast of environmental impact and Natura 2000 areas and habitat development for Puława Forest District as of 01 January 2023.
Development of documentation for projects of forest equipment plans for the Forest District: Biała Podlaska, Chotyłów, Radzyń Podlaski, Zwierzyniec as of January 1, 2024.Within the scope of this part of the order, four tasks were extracted, including:
• Biała Podlaska Forest District for the period 2024-2033 together with the environmental impact forecast and Natura 2000 areas, including habitat work, as of 1 January 2024
• The Khotyłów Forest District for the period 2024-2033 together with the environmental impact forecast and Natura 2000 as of 1 January 2024
• Radzyń Podlaski Forest District for the period 2024-2033 with the forecast of environmental impact and Natura 2000 areas, as of 1 January 2024
• Zwierzyniec Forest District for the period 2024-2033 together with the forecast of environmental impact and Natura 2000 areas, as of 1 January 2024
The general area of the Forest Forest District for which drafts of the forest equipment plan must be drawn up [data as of 31.12.2020r] shall be:
-Biała Podlaska 13810 ha, including forest area 12947 ha.
-Khotyłów 13363 ha, including forest area 12780 ha.
-Radzyń Podlaski 14545 ha, including forest area 13384 ha.
-Zwierzyniec 18658 ha, including forest area 16858 ha.
Surface range of habitat works according to forest districts:
-Biała Podlaska: habitat works 50 ha.
The Contracting Authority reserves the option to change (+/-) up to 100 hectares of the development area, which may be the result of verification of land records, real estate trading (exchange, purchase, sale), transfer or extinguishment of the management board during the performance of equipment work, which, however, will remain without impact on the amount of salary.
Development of the full habitat documentation for the Puławy Forest District as of January 1, 2023.In the scope of this part of the order, one task is extracted.
The general area of the forestry area for which habitat development should be made [data as of 31.12.2020r. ]:
-Puławy: Total area 15860 ha, forest area 15373 ha, non-forest area 487 ha.
The Contracting Authority reserves the option to change (+/-) up to 100 hectares of the development area, which may be the result of verification of land records, real estate trading (exchange, purchase, sale), transfer or extinguishment of the management board during the performance of equipment work, which, however, will remain without impact on the amount of salary.
