Supervision, operation, management of electronic payment and maintenance of charging infrastructure for electric vehicles in New Aquitaine.

Supervision, exploitation, and management of the electronic payment of the Mobive service on Nouvelle-Aquitaine

a) supervision: supply, installation, configuration, hosting and operation of a supervision system allowing in particular the following functionalities:

- management of a fleet of charging stations: configuration, location, typology, general information, status of the various elements of the system,

- management of users and services provided by the most suitable means: configuration, web portal, smartphone application,

- terminal usage statistics: real-time information to optimize service, load curves,

- production and use of data relating to the use of the charging device, implementation of a reporting system;

b) operation of charging stations:

- establishment of a telephone platform,

- piloting of charging stations, remote intervention if necessary and management of electronic payment for charging infrastructure for electric vehicles on behalf of members of the contracting authority's ordering group;

c) non-intervention management of corrective maintenance.
