The contract to be awarded is defined as follows:

Delivering, implementing, managing (including innovation) and maintaining a Learning Management System (LMS) for the entire organization of the Client as a SaaS solution. The LMS supports MBO education as well as contract education and the professionalisation of employees.

The LMS to which this tender relates is a broad standard package that supports the educational development, teaching and learning processes within an institution. This roughly includes the following functional areas:

1. Educational development

a. Curriculumontwikkeling

b. Developing teaching materials

2. Providing education

3. Performing learning tasks

4. Guiding the learning process of students

The size of the assignment can be expressed in the total number of users. This amounts to all students and teachers of the Client. In the 2022-2023 school year, there will be a total of 18,000 students and 1,500 employees, of which 1,200 will be teachers.
