1. The procedure for the award of a sectoral contract is conducted in the form of an unlimited tender on the basis of the provisions of the Act of 11 September 2019 (Journal of Laws, item 2019, as amended), hereinafter referred to as the PPL Act.

2. Proceedings are carried out in Polish.

3. The information obligation arising from Art 13 (1) and 2 of the GDPR (EU) is fulfilled on the website of PGG S.A. in the GDPR tab. The Contracting Authority shall present an information clause arising from the GDPR provisions in the category of counterparty — the information clause shall be placed on the website of PGG S.A.

4. The subject of the contract is the supply of hydraulic stands for powered roof supports type KW/ZRP for PGG S.A. ZR-P Branch A detailed description is included in the Terms of Reference.

5. In order to confirm that the provision offered complies with the requirements of the Contracting Authority, it is required to submit together with the offer of the evidence in question.

6. The Contracting Authority shall apply the reverse examination and evaluation of tenders referred to in Article 139 of the Pzp Act.
