The object of this contract is the supply, the delivery of sanitary material for the European School of Brussels 1: soap, toilet paper and hand towels as well as their distributors.

The technical specifications as well as the financial statement specify the characteristics of the supplies:

- the basic list includes a set of items which must be proposed by the tenderer. The tenderers must, under penalty of nullity of their offer, make an offer for all the items included in this basic list;

- one of the essential points of the market is to be able to select products via catalog: when establishing order forms, the material requested will be selected from all the products offered in the company's sanitary catalog.

Access to the entire sanitary product catalog of the supplier must be possible.
