Future Leisure Offer (FFT) project at Sølvgades Skole (Klerkegade and Suensonsgade) for the City of Copenhagen.
The task includes 3 different addresses and involves:
• "Suensonsgade": Interior conversion to daycare and conversion of outdoor area.
• "Klerkegade": Interior conversion to the Leisure Offer of the Future as well as redevelopment of outdoor areas.
• "KKFO satellite" in Sølvgades Skole. Minor adjustments and government petition.
The client for the project is Byggeri København. On the basis of the present tender, a turnkey consultant is selected.
The task includes total consultancy in all phases of construction, from verification of the tender basis, until 1 year and 5 years of review.
The estimated value under point II.1.5 of the contract notice is determined taking into account the process described in point 2.2.4 of the mission statement.
The assignment includes technical advice and assistance regarding architectural and engineering work (total consultancy) in connection with Fremtidens Fritidstilbud to Sølvgades Skole (Klerkegade and Suensonsgade) for the City of Copenhagen.

"KKFO satellite" in Sølvgades Skole. Minor adjustments and government petition. (414c Sankt Annæ Vester Kvarter, Copenhagen)
The client for the project is Byggeri København (ByK). On the basis of the present tender, a turnkey consultant (TR) is selected.
The task includes total consultancy in all phases of construction.
Suensonsgade:
• Redevelopment and renovation of existing building: The property will be converted into a nursery for 5 groups of 12 children (a total of 60 children) and 75 relocating kindergarten children. In addition to the children, there will be 30 adults/employees.
• Landscape works: New playground facilities, incl. a new shed.
Klerkegade:
• Redevelopment and renovation of existing building: The property is being converted into KKFO, referred to as "Future Leisure Services" (FFT), for Sølvgades Skole, with room for a total of 224 KKFO children. In addition to the children, there will be employees.
• Landscape works: Renovation of playground/outdoor facilities.
KKFO satellite at Sølvgades Skole:
• Establishment of "KKFO satellite" at Sølvgades Skole in the form of dual use (respectively KKFO and school) of one or two existing room(s).
The satellite does not include construction works, but TR is responsible for clarifying the need for, and designing, acoustic regulation as well as handling any regulatory treatment in relation to permission for dual use. The satellite will be used by the KKFO in Klerkegade in connection with the use of the school's outdoor areas.
