The requested services are aimed at cleaning the cleanrooms of the LETI/MINATEC cluster on the CEA site in Grenoble. These services mainly consist of cleaning in a dust-controlled environment in compliance with the ISO3 to ISO8 Clean Concept. The cleaning of technical rooms and laboratories adjoining the cleanrooms is also included in the Services. The management of various consumables related to cleaning services, waste as well as the cleanliness control of equipment entering the cleanroom are part of the Services.
The optional services are as follows:
- Takeover phase (option 1a);
- Preparation phase (option 1b);
- Reversibility phase (option n°2).
The services covered by the contract are as follows:
Services in a dust-controlled environment:
- Cleanroom cleaning operations, in compliance with the constraints related to the ISO 3 to ISO 8 Clean Concept (according to ISO 14644-1 standard):
o Preparation of surface finishes,
o Cleaning of raised floors or plenums,
o Whitening,
o Cleanliness maintenance,
- Cleaning operations of various elements (furniture, equipment, etc.);
- Self-control and associated traceability (surface particle controls, etc.);
- Carrying out behaviour audits to help maintain the Clean Concept;
- Accompaniment of new people entering the cleanrooms;
- Pest control, disinsectization and disinfection;
- Management of various consumables:
o Distribution of consumables (masks, gloves, overshoes, etc.);
o Management of dressing airlocks, distribution and collection of cleanroom outfits;
- Waste management:
o Selective sorting.
Services relating to technical rooms and laboratories (excluding dust-controlled environments)
- Cleaning operations of technical rooms and laboratories (including toilets and break rooms, the exterior surroundings of buildings);
- Cleaning operations of various elements (blinds, etc.);
- Pest control, disinsectization and disinfection;
- Management of various consumables:
o Distribution of consumables (masks, gloves, overshoes, etc.);
o Management of dressing airlocks, distribution and collection of cleanroom outfits;
- Waste management:
o Selective sorting.
