The subject of the contract is the delivery and unloading of a brand new mobile low-speed shredder according to the technical specification constituting Appendix No. 1 to the Terms of Reference.

Warranty & Service Conditions:

- warranty period min. 24 months or 2000 mtg,

- The Contractor will provide free technical inspections and authorized service during the warranty period, while the response time – arrival at the site, diagnosing the defect, ordering the necessary parts – cannot be longer than 48 hours on working days,

- warranty service should take place at the Ordering Party's headquarters,

- if it is necessary to transport the machine to an authorized service, the costs of transport are covered by the Contractor,

- each time the warranty period of the subject of the order submitted for repair will be extended by the time of its decommissioning lasting longer than 14 days, and caused by damage not resulting from poor operation,

- During the warranty period, the Contractor shall ensure that all repairs arising during the current operation due to the fault of the Contracting Authority's personnel are carried out, at the expense of the Contracting Authority and without loss of warranty.

Other requirements:

- the delivery item will be collected at the Contracting Authority's premises by means of a receipt protocol, after checking compliance with the requirements of the Terms of Reference and providing a set of documents,

- training: the Contractor will train operators in the technical operation of the machine at the Contracting Authority's premises at its own expense,

- if it is found at the place of delivery that the machine does not meet the requirements of the Terms of Reference, the Contractor is not entitled to demand a refund of the costs of delivering the machine to the place of delivery.
