per month for 2020 and 2021 and the past five years.

In preparation for this tender, the Contracting Authority has made an analysis of the current machinery. Based on this analysis, in coordination with the individual schools, the way was looked at

on which the filling can be optimized. The numbers in this question are the result of this optimization. No rights can be derived from these numbers and the scope of the assignment.

A year, the Contracting Authority assumes a management budget of approximately €240,000, — excluding VAT. This is an indicative amount. No rights can be derived from this amount and the scope of the assignment.

The Client wishes to contract one contractor that provides at least:

- Supply and installation of 102 multifunctionals and 45 laser printers (see Annex E).

- Delivery and installation of management software.

- Delivery and installation of Cloud-based Print Management Software

- Maintenance on the Equipment and the Software provided.

The Contractor must take into account the fact that the Equipment can change locations or that the location within the locations changes.
