On-site commissioning by customer service technicians, instruction and training. For acceptance, the briefing must have taken place and the documentation must be handed over in electronic form (USB / CD) and duplicate paper copies. The warranty period is 24 months on electrical and mechanical system components.

The electrical connection (fixed location) is to be provided by a customer service technician of the contractor. All metal frames of the devices are to be connected to the on-site potential equalization.

The service of the contractor consists of the one-off instruction of the operating and maintenance personnel as well as the operating personnel to the extent necessary for the operation or operation. This includes the delivery of an instruction manual in German and a detailed list of spare parts and wearing parts.
