The subject of the order is:

1) maintaining cleanliness inside and outside the building, winter maintenance, one-sided window cleaning from inside the building of the Provincial Administrative Court in Warsaw located at ul. Jasna 2/4 in Warsaw - as described in Annex 4 to the contract;

2) maintaining cleanliness in the building and outside the building, winter maintenance, two-sided window cleaning from inside the building of the Provincial Administrative Court in Warsaw located at ul. Pankiewicza 4 in Warsaw - as described in Annex 5 to the contract;

3) maintaining cleanliness in the building and outside the building, winter maintenance, two-sided window cleaning from the inside - building of the VIII Department in the Radom of the Provincial Administrative Court in Warsaw located at ul. Słowackiego 7 in Radom - as described in Annex 6 to the contract.

Provision of cleanliness services will consist of cleaning office premises using our own equipment, cleaning agents and permanent protection of toilet paper, paper towels, liquid soap and air fresheners (gel and electric). The quality of cleaning and hygienic materials provided for the provision of the services in question may not differ from the standard specified in the content of the ToR or high-quality products appearing on the market in quantities securing the natural needs of the employees of the Court in the requested period. It is required that the toilet facilities around the clock include: toilet paper, disposable towels, soap, gel air fresheners and electric air fresheners (loaded with refilled cartridge and batteries) and in the social rooms washing up liquid, sponge-sponges, brushes for washing dishes. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, the scope of work performed is included in the draft contract, annexes 4, 5, 6 to the contract and the cost estimate.
