In the course of the present award procedure, the North Rhine-Westphalia State Agency for Forests and Timber intends to conclude a framework agreement with a provider for the implementation of approx. 1,000 fm of motor-manual timber harvesting (Lot 1 - MMHE) and approx. 1,000 fm of timber haulage work (Lot 2 HB) per year in the Kottenforst forestry district of the Rhein-Sieg-Erft Regional Forestry Office.

The service is provided in the Kottenforst forestry district. Detailed information on the provision of services can be found in the service specifications (Annexes 1 and 2). These are part of this service description and thus subject matter of the order. For illustrative purposes, an overview map (Appendix 3) is also attached to the service description.
