Preparation of project documentation and performing author's supervision for the Investment. pn: Renovation of commercial premises and adaptation of the room for a file store – in the FSUSR property at Palcu Wolności 18a in Szczecinek. The property is owned by the Farmers' Social Insurance Contribution Fund. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in Annex 2 to the PPU. The contractor for the proper implementation of the contract will provide designers of the appropriate industries, i.e. in the construction and construction, electrical and sanitary industries. The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract on the terms and conditions described in the SWZ as well as in the PPU together with the annexes constituting Chapter III of the SWZ. The Ordering Party requires a guarantee for the documentation made covering the period from the date of issue of the subject of the contract to the date of acceptance of construction works - not shorter than 24 months - in accordance with § 13 PPU.
