The subject of the contract is the successive, cyclical acceptance and management in the process of energy recovery of waste with the code 19 12 10 (RDF) from the Waste Disposal Plant in Promnik, Strawczyn commune.

The subject of the contract includes:

The estimated amount of waste that will be transferred to the Contractor during the term of the contract will be approximately 6,000 Mg (the minimum guaranteed amount of waste that the Contractor will process is 4,000 Mg).

The transport of waste code 19 12 10 to the installation of the Contractor lies on the side of the Ordering Party. The installation of the Contractor shall not be more than 70 km away from the installation of the Ordering Party, counting the distance on public roads for vehicles weighing more than 3.5 tonnes
