1. The subject of the contract is the collection, transport and management of municipal waste from real estate located within the administrative borders of the Kartuzy Municipality in the period from the date of conclusion of the contract, but not earlier than from 1.01.2024 to 31.12.2025.
2. The item of the order was divided into the following 2 Parts:
1) Lot No. 1 of the contract – Collection, transport and management of municipal waste from properties inhabited in Sector No. 1 in the Kartuzy Commune;
2) Lot No. 2 of the contract – Collection, transport and management of municipal waste from properties inhabited in Sector No. 2 in the Kartuzy Commune;
Collection, transport and management of municipal waste from properties inhabited in Sector No. 1 in the Kartuzy Municipality1. The subject of the order covers its scope, among others:
1) Collection, transport and management of segregated and non-segregated (mixed/residual) municipal waste from all PGO inhabited properties, including mixed properties, but only from the inhabited part, located within the administrative borders of Sector 1 in the Kartuzy Commune;
2) Collection, transport and management of waste collected during the Earth Day, Clean Up the World campaign (max. 2 times a year). Collection of waste from places and on dates indicated by the Ordering Party. It is the Contractor's duty to provide the Contracting Authority with a report on the amount of waste collected during each action, in accordance with Chapter IX. Reporting;
3) Distribution of approved waste collection schedules and access cards to PSZOK and bin stickers with an individual PGO number made available by the Contracting Authority among owners of inhabited properties within Sector 1;
4) equipping the Contracting Authority for the duration of the contract with a control module used to monitor the operation of the equipment, meeting the requirements set out in the Detailed Description of the Subject of the Contract (Appendix No. 5a to the Terms of Reference),
5) maintenance and equipment of the dispatch station.

5) maintenance and equipment of the dispatch station.
